Domain visits, cavage (dig) and tastings

VISIT ONLY (5 TO 15 PEOPLE: €40/PERS.)

Two hours of discovery through the truffle beds, followed by a truffle butter tasting with Chinon wine.*

Week-end « SEARCHING FOR THE BLACK DIAMOND » (2 PEOPLE : 350 €)

During a gastronomic weekend, come browse truffle Domain Baron de la Truffe, looking for this fungus mysterious and enjoy the fruits of your harvest at a dinner “all truffle” at the restaurant table of the hotel while enjoying your stay.

HELICOPTER ACCESS TO THE TRUFFLE BEDS, VISIT, CAVAGE (DIG) AND TRUFFLE-THEMED LUNCH (FROM PARIS).

Touch down in the heart of the domain by helicopter in less than 55 minutes.** Upon landing, you will visit the farm and dig up truffles.

Followed by a truffle-themed lunch in the majestic dining room of the Rivau castle (7 km away).

Helicopter return to Paris.
Option to have gift souvenirs prepared (fresh truffles, slicers, bottle of wine, etc.).

Cooking class at Le Cordon Bleu, in Paris

Le Cordon Bleu Paris, the world’s leading network of culinary arts and hotel management institutes is offering a new “Black Truffle” Workshop accessible to all gourmet enthusiasts, whether they are experienced or amateur.

These exclusive Black Truffle workshops are organized from December to February, and offer 16 people the opportunity to revisit this unique ingredient under the supervision of one of the institute’s Chefs.

Useful information:

Four-hour cooking class: creation of a truffle-inspired menu (starter, main course and dessert), followed by a 90-minute tasting with wine pairings.
